I'm not sure if you read my article in a certain way, or are just out to hate, but it doesn't require being rude or defamatory towards me. Whilst I agree with some of your points, I would also respectively disagree with others.
I never say in my article that introversion or working on yourself is a negative trait, in fact I believe the opposite. Working on yourself is a key developmental tool and everybody should look to do so to enable growth as a person.
I believe that alphas and betas are two extremes, but I think it could be a spectrum. You can display both traditional alpha and beta characteristics and therefore not be classified as either. For example, myself, I am good and extroverted in known groups but shy and timid in unknown or unique situations. Therefore, I wouldn't class myself as either.
The idea of a "sigma male" is therefore not extrinsically tied to being isolated, as you yourself said you recognise some people like to be alone. It is the refusal to believe that you are alone, rather than accepting that you are and being happy and at peace with the idea.
Further, sigma males tend to be loud and obnoxious towards their attitudes - you would not be a sigma male, as you do not preach loudly why you do what you do. Although, I don't agree with the idea of using "beta" as a defamatory term to insult me, as that in fact proves my article and how the word has been used to belittle people.
I hope that explains more my article, and I also hope that you don't decide to leave any more comments which are offensive as opposed to open for discussion.
